This modern, south-facing villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a double sofa bed, air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a private pool with optional heating (for an additional fee), and a very spacious outdoor area.

Our villa is perfect for golfers or families looking for a relaxing yet active holiday. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has a double sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep two children. Family bathroom with walk-in shower and downstairs toilet. Contemporary open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, modern oven/hob/microwave, and washing machine. Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential small appliances. Open-plan living room with dining area, sitting area, and Smart TV with digital TV. The master bedroom also has a TV. Large outdoor area, comprised of different areas. The 27m² pool area, optionally heated if required (for an extra charge), features a large area of beautiful trees and sun loungers, and a solar-powered shower. A dining area with a barbecue on the porch with a folding awning, is perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying after-dinner conversations with loved ones. It also has a chill-out area, also equipped with folding awnings, for relaxing drinks with friends.

We're located within the newly opened 18-hole Altaona Golf and Country Village Golf Resort development. The club office is just a 5-minute walk away. This peaceful, natural neighborhood is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Experience it!

The Altaona Golf development has two paddle tennis courts and a tennis court managed by the golf course. It's also ideal for hiking, running, and cycling. It's surrounded by nature, within the El Valle and Carrascoy Regional Park, with countless trails for pleasant hikes or long distance cycling trips. There are also ping-pong tables and a basketball hoop within the complex.

It has a brand-new restaurant, "Gastroba6sentidos," right across the street from the house, and another bar and restaurant, "The Hub," next to the golf course. Just outside the complex, there's also a gas station with a small grocery store and a large restaurant, "Airemar," which also has a grocery store with the best meats and delicacies in the area. We're available for any questions during your stay. It's a very quiet area, perfect for an unforgettable stay. The 18-hole Mosa Golf Course is brand new. You can walk to the golf course or the Mosa Golf Hub restaurant just 5 minutes away, and the newly opened Gastro Bar 6 Sentidos restaurant is right outside your door.

Corvera Airport is 5 minutes away. Murcia is 15 minutes by car, and Cartagena is 30 minutes away. The nearest beach is 25 minutes away.

If required, the pool heat pump can be activated for an additional charge from October to May. This must be specifically requested and paid for at least one week prior to arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature even when heated, as it will depend on the weather, especially during the winter months.

As a courtesy, you'll find very useful items in the apartment for your first day of stay, such as coffee pods, milk and sugar, infusions, water, a garbage bag, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, a scouring pad, a mop, a dishcloth, and a washing machine tablet.
