It's surrounded by nature, within the El Valle y Carrascoy Regional Park, with countless trails for enjoyable walks or long distances if you're a cyclist. Also within the development are ping-pong tables and a basketball hoop.

It has a brand new restaurant, "Gastroba6sentidos," right in front of the house, and another bar and restaurant, "The Hub," next to the golf course. Just outside the development, there's also a gas station with a small grocery store and a large restaurant, "Airemar," which also has a grocery store with the best meats and delicacies in the area.
