This 400m2 luxury villa is built on a 1000m2 plot facing east and south, and boasts prodigious light. Upon entering the house, you immediately see an open-air, glass-enclosed indoor chill-out area, built around the outdoor pool, which flows into the house, creating an indoor pool and chill-out area. It's impossible to describe; you have to see it. It has four double bedrooms, four full en-suite bathrooms, plus one guest toilet, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All rooms open onto the outside, either the pool or the terraces. It has a luxurious and dazzling kitchen with an island, fully equipped and open to the entire ground floor, a dining area, and a living room with spectacular furniture and appliances. The floor-to-ceiling windows on all walls are striking, giving it an incredible openness. The chill-out area occupies the center of the ground floor and connects the indoor and outdoor pools. The living room leads to the porch with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, and relaxation area with sofas, parasols, sun loungers, and armchairs.

The exterior features a 40m2 pool with optional heating if required (available from October to April with a minimum 7-day reservation and an extra charge), a 2x2m jacuzzi-spa (with prior reservation and an extra charge), and a beautiful, large garden with natural grass and fruit trees. It is right next to the golf course, offering unobstructed views.

Climbing the elegant staircase, we find the upper floor, with two stunning terraces, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms, from where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the golf course, the entire resort, and even the Mar Menor. The views from the top floor are breathtaking. It truly is an experience to behold.

The Altaona Golf development has two paddle tennis courts and a tennis court managed by the golf course. It's also ideal for hiking, running, and cycling. It's surrounded by nature, within the El Valle and Carrascoy Regional Park, with countless trails for enjoyable hikes or long distances if you're a cyclist. Also within the complex are ping-pong tables and a basketball hoop. It has a brand-new restaurant, G6 Sentidos, and another, "The Hub," next to the golf course. Just outside the complex, there's also a gas station with a small grocery store and a great restaurant, "Airemar." We're available for any questions.

As a courtesy, you will find very useful items in the apartment for your first day of stay (as this is a self-catering accommodation and guests must bring everything they need), such as coffee and sugar capsules, infusions, water, a garbage bag, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, a scouring pad, a cloth, a kitchen towel, and a washing machine tablet.
